Preventing Volunteer Burnout

Preventing Volunteer Burnout is a two-hour course where participants will learn how to recognize the causes and impacts of volunteer and staff burnout. Participants will also learn how to evaluate their volunteer program and gain valuable skills to avoid burnout and help give volunteers a sense of purpose. The course is ideal for anyone responsible for managing volunteers including nonprofit volunteer managers, executive directors, program managers, and volunteer leaders.
